Jesse Anderson IV
As the HVACR Controls & Diagnostics Specialist Instructor, Jesse brings real-world experience and passion for developing the next generation of skilled technicians.
Jesse Anderson III
As the Installation Instructor, Jesse brings decades of hands-on HVAC experience to the classroom. His goal is to prepare every student with the skills, work ethic, and confidence needed to succeed from their very first day.
dylan anderson
As the Airflow Specialist Instructor, Dylan helps students develop a strong understanding of airflow principles, duct design, static pressure, and system performance.
Matthew Putnam
As the Refrigeration & Specialty Diagnostics Instructor, Matthew teaches students to diagnose complex HVACR issues, understand refrigeration cycles, and develop the critical-thinking skills needed to solve problems efficiently and confidently in the field.

No. Our program is designed for beginners. We’ll teach students the fundamentals and build their skills through classroom instruction and hands-on training.

At this time, our primary focus is serving high school students through school partnerships. We plan to expand in the future to offer training and certification opportunities for adults and career changers as the academy grows.

Program length and schedule may vary depending on the partnering school district. Students will receive a full course outline before classes begin.
